Call for Proposals in Palestine

Submission deadline: 21 June 2026

The Women’s Peace & Humanitarian Fund (WPHF) has launched a Call for Proposals in Palestine to support civil society organizations to implement projects focusing on peacebuilding and recovery, as well as supporting local women and young women's rights organizations through institutional funding.

WPHF seeks to fund qualifying local organizations in Palestine through the following funding streams:

  • Institutional funding from 2,500 USD to 50,000 USD

To reinforce the institutional capacity of women’s rights and women-led organizations working on the implementation of the Women, Peace and Security Agenda in Palestine to ensure they are able to sustain themselves and to improve their impact.

  • Programmatic funding from 50,000 USD to 200,000 USD

To finance programmatic activities of CSOs aimed at improving the socio-economic recovery and political participation of women and young women in peacebuilding contexts (in line with the WPHF impact area). Under this Impact Area, projects should specifically target forcibly displaced women and young women in Palestine (including internally displaced, refugees, returnees, or asylum seekers). Projects will be part of the Funding Initiative on Forced Displacement.

PLEASE NOTE: AN ORGANIZATION CAN ONLY APPLY ONE TIME FOR PROGRAMMATIC FUNDING AND/OR ONE TIME FOR INSTITUTIONAL FUNDING. ORGANIZATIONS WHO APPLY FOR BOTH STREAMS NEED TO SUBMIT TWO SEPARATE APPLICATIONS PACKAGES BASED ON THE REQUIREMENTS AND RELATED TEMPLATES OF EACH STREAM.
